Long ago, the great hero Link was summoned by the Triforce to stop a great evil from consuming the land once more… Link awoke in an unfamiliar forest. Confused by his new surroundings Link ventured north until he heard the delightful sound of music and celebration.
He followed this noise until he came upon a group of traveling performers. One girl in the group intrigued Link and he went to speak with her. The young woman was known as Din and she wished for Link to dance with her.
She grabbed him and the danced until darkness fell upon the area. Thunder struck and a monstrous voice was heard.
This voice proclaimed itself Onox, General of Darkness, and spoke of Din as the Oracle of Seasons. Before anyone could react, the winds picked up and a tornado touched the ground. Its harsh winds knocked back all of the performers and eventually found its way to the young dancer. It engulfed her with in its mighty funnel and she was swept away into the darkness. The massive temple that once stood in the north sunk and fell into the ground. Soon, the land fell into chaos as the seasons changed without warning. Some areas had winter while others had spring. As the land slowly withered into nothingness, Onox’s plan was becoming complete. Link set off in a desperate attempt to thwart him and save the land of Holodrum.
