This game is the sequel to LOZ but this game doesn�t follow or fit into the usual Zelda story, as you have to wake Zelda up after she was put to sleep by an evil curse for eternity! This game was made as platform/adventure game, but it also had you traveling around the world in a birds-eye view (just like on LOZ). In this game you have to kill enemies to get experience points so that you can gain a level and put up your health, magic or attack level (Chosen at random). The enemies where quite detailed and the Dungeons weren�t too bad, apart from the fact that there are lifts instead of ladders! There is magic spells that you get from old wise men that let you jump higher for a certain amount of time and give you stronger defense for a certain amount of time, ect., ect.
