After obtaining the Zora Flippers, swim north from Lake Hylia to the stone bridge east of Link’s house. Underneath the bridge, you’ll meet the Bird Lover, who will give you an empty bottle during your conversation.
Bottle 3: Vacant House in Lorule
In Lorule, visit the Vacant House, corresponding to Link’s House in Hyrule. Place a bomb along the northern wall at the back of the house to reveal an entrance. Inside, you’ll find a chest containing an empty bottle.
