Throughout Hyrule there are walls where if you fuse Kinstones with, will make Gorons appear in a cave. If you continue finding these caves where you fuse Kinstones with the wall, more and more Gorons will appear inside that cave. After finishing that you will be able to unlock the Fourth Bottle! To complete this quest you will need the Mole Mitts.

Eastern Hills Initiator — First Goron Encounter
Location: Eastern Hills
Requirements: None
Do you remember Eenie and Meenies farm? Well, after you have been to Castor Wild, you will be able to fuse kinstones with Eenie. Do so and you’ll see a Goron trying to dig into a cave located under the Lon Lon Ranch. He’ll gain strength and manage to dig into the cave.
Mount Crenel Miner — Second Goron Discovery
Location: Mount Crenel
Requirements: Mole Mitts
Go to the top left of Mount Crenel and then go down the ladder on the left. There are two caves here. Equip your Mole Mitts and dig your way through the left one. At the end of this cave, you’ll see a wall with small circle on it. Walk up to it and you should be able to fuse Kinstones with it. Do so, and you’ll see another Goron entering the cave located under the Lon Lon Ranch.
Farm Cave Excavation — Third Goron Uncovered
Location: Eastern Hills
Requirements: Mole Mitts
Head back to Eenie and Meenies farm. Dig your way through the cave in the top left of the farm. At the end of the cave you’ll see another wall with a small circle on it. Walk up to it and you should be able to fuse Kinstones with it. Do so, and you’ll see another Goron entering the cave located under the Lon Lon Ranch.
Minish Woods Tunnel — Fourth Goron Aid
Location: The Minish Woods
Requirements: Mole Mitts
Dig your way through a cave located south-west of Syrup’s Hut, which is in the Minish Woods. Yet again, in the end of this cave you’ll find a wall with a small circle on it. Walk up to it and you should be able to fuse kinstones with it. Do so, and you’ll see another Goron entering the cave located under the Lon Lon Ranch.
Trilby Highlands Dig — Fifth Goron Arrival
Location: Trilby Highlands
Requirements: Mole Mitts
Start by entering Trilby Highlands from Mount Crenel. Head up the first bridge and dig your way through this cave. Once you hit the far wall, another one of these small circles should appear. Walk up to it and you should be able to fuse kinstones with it. Do so and another Goron should appear in the cave located under the Lon Lon Ranch.
Lake Hylia Passage — Sixth Goron Summoned
Location: Lake Hylia
Requirements: Mole Mitts, Roc’s Cape
In Lake Hylia there are several caves. The one you’re heading for is the northern most cave. You can only get there by jumping from islands from islands with your Roc’s Cape. Dig your way through this cave until you find the wall with the small circle object. Walk up to it and you should be able to fuse kinstones with it. Do so and the last Goron should enter the cave located under the Lon Lon Ranch.
Your Reward: An Empty Bottle
Now that you have done all the six kinstone fusions, find the cave located under the Lon Lon Ranch, also known as the Goron Cave. Enter the cave and head north until you reach a big blue chest. Open it, and you’ll get an empty bottle!
