How to find it
Gikaku Shrine is at map coordinates 4505, 2166 (height 1168), near Rist Mine. It is on a sky island, so you reach it by gliding or building your way up from the nearest Skyview Tower.
Starting the quest
Examine the shrine to start The Sky Mine Crystal. Launch from Ulri Mountain Skyview Tower and glide toward the Sky Mine island. The crystal sits on a higher island next to a Sky Sphere; use the launchers and gimmicks on the Sky Mine island and the islands above it to climb up, pick the crystal up, then drop it off the side so it lands on the shrine island and carry it back to the shrine.
Solution
Place the crystal at the stone ring
On the sky island, bring the glowing green crystal to the stone ring. This is the step of The Sky Mine Crystal shrine quest and raises Gikaku Shrine from the island.
Open the chest for the Ruby
Inside, a chest sits on the circular platform beside the lanterns. It holds a Ruby.
Take the Light of Blessing
Climb the stairs to the terminal beside the throne and take the Light of Blessing. There is no Lightroot under a sky shrine.
