How to find it
The entrance is at map coordinates 568, -2981, near Pagos Woods. Look for the cave mouth at that spot; a Blupee or a ring of light often marks them.
Inside the cave
Enter the ruin
Walk into the dark opening in the ruined wall on the Finra Woods hillside.
Build a cart for the gate
Use Ultrahand to join a frame to large wheels, then attach a Fan and a Rocket to a wheel. Trigger them so the cart rolls ahead through the gate before it closes.
Open the chest
Follow the cart through the gate to the chest at the back of the chamber. It holds a Large Zonai Charge.
Ascend to the Bubbulfrog
Use Ascend to rise into the chamber above the chest room. Shoot the Bubbulfrog and pick up the Bubbul Gem.

The gate only stays open for a short time. Attach a Fan and a Rocket to one wheel of your cart so that it keeps moving long enough for you to reach the chest. After looting it, Ascend through the ceiling into the chamber above and hit the Bubbulfrog with a jump attack or a ranged weapon. There is no shrine or Lightroot inside.
