How to find it

The entrance is at map coordinates -4814, -3875, near Gerudo Dark Skeleton. Look for the cave mouth at that spot; a Blupee or a ring of light often marks them.

Inside the cave

Enter the skeleton

The entrance is a sand pit under the huge ribcage in the far southwest. Drop in, light the dark tunnels with Brightbloom Seeds and ride a fan-powered Zonai vehicle over the gap shown by the fallen bones.

Collect the Topaz and the Bubbul Gem

Follow the tunnel past the vehicle and open the chest on the ledge for a Topaz. A little further the Bubbulfrog drops a Bubbul Gem.

Burn the leaves for the Korok seed

A dry pile of leaves sits in a nook farther in. Light it with a Fire Fruit, torch or fire arrow, then climb down to uncover the Korok and take the Korok Seed.

Gerudo’s Colossal Fossil

This cave is the setting for the side quest Gerudo’s Colossal Fossil, which Loone gives after you have finished Eldin’s and Hebra’s Colossal Fossil quests. The baby leviathan’s tail is buried in a sand pile between the pond and the cliff (clear it with a Fan), and its torso is hidden in cracked rocks above the big skeleton’s head, which Bomb Flowers will open. Attach both to the skull with Ultrahand and talk to Loone for a Purple Rupee (50 Rupees).
