How to find it

The entrance is at map coordinates -3930, 2861, near Sturnida Basin. Look for the cave mouth at that spot; a Blupee or a ring of light often marks them.

Inside the cave

Step into the cave

The cave mouth lies on the shore of Lake Kilsie. Brightbloom Seeds grow just inside; pick them up to light the dark passage as you walk in.

Defeat the cave guard

A monster patrols the cavern ahead of the chests. Fight it from range or break its guard with a strong weapon; it leaves weapon and monster parts behind.

Open the chests

Search the chambers behind the guard for two chests. One holds a Feathered Edge; the other, set under red banners, holds a Frostbite Headdress, a cold-resistant Rito headpiece.

Shoot the Bubbulfrog

Further in, a Bubbulfrog hangs in the air of a side cavern. Shoot it down to collect a Bubbul Gem; Amber and Rock Salt deposits sit beside the spot.

Route, chests and enemies

Getting in. The cave is on the north shore of Lake Kilsie. Drop in from above and use the paraglider, or sail across the lake. A Bomb Flower grows near the entrance, and Brightbloom Seeds, Brightcaps and Ore Deposits sit in the chambers.

The guard. A Horriblin patrols just inside the entrance; defeat it before going deeper. A Sticky Lizard also clings to the walls.

Feathered Edge. Drop to the bottom of the central shaft and use the updraft to climb to the ledges above. Head north, climb over the ledge and drop through the opening to reach the chest holding the Feathered Edge. Use Ascend to get back up to the main cave.

Frostbite Headdress. Ride the air currents higher up and find the breakable rock section in the east wall, near -3899, 2889. Break it with a Bomb Flower or a heavy weapon; behind it is a small treasure room whose chest holds the Frostbite Headdress, one piece of the Frostbite set.

Bubbulfrog. Ride the updraft to the top and head south along the tunnel; the Bubbulfrog is at the end. Shoot it to collect the Bubbul Gem.
