How to find it

The entrance is at map coordinates 671, -3109, near Pagos Woods. Look for the cave mouth at that spot; a Blupee or a ring of light often marks them.

Inside the cave

Enter between the roots

Slip into the hollow between the tree roots to reach the excavation site.

Block the red lasers

Red lasers sweep the walkway and keep the gate shut. Use Ultrahand to place cubes and Zonai devices in the beams’ path so they stop hitting the wall target, which opens the gate.

Open the pedestal chest

Step through the gate to the chest on the stone pedestal. It holds a Large Zonai Charge.

Shoot the Bubbulfrog

Drop down to the lower cave, where the Bubbulfrog hovers above a mossy ledge. Hit it with an arrow and collect the Bubbul Gem.

Entrance, lasers and requirements

EntranceA hollow on the southern side of Pagos Woods, south of the main road along the cliffside
ChestLarge Zonai Charge, behind the laser gate
Bubbul GemOne Bubbulfrog; a hole on the right as you enter drops into a corridor leading to its room
EnemiesNone apart from the Bubbulfrog
RequirementsUltrahand and the cubes and Zonai devices in the room; a bow

Three lasers sit in a row in front of a gate with three sections; each beam you cross briefly opens one section. The easiest solution is to put an object in front of every beam. Alternatively, mount a Rocket on a Cart and run through all three quickly. There is no shrine or Lightroot inside.
