How to find it

The entrance is at map coordinates -72, -1045, in the hills of Hyrule Field, a short walk from Teniten Shrine. Guides describe the opening as a wall of Hard Sediment (boulders) southwest of Whistling Hill that you break with a bomb, bomb flower or heavy rock weapon before you can go in.

Inside the cave

Drop in through the hole

Step off the edge of the hole and open your paraglider to land softly on the first ledge. Keese flutter around the dark cavern, so keep a bow or sword out.

Shoot the Bubbulfrog

A glowing yellow Bubbulfrog sits on the rocks close to where you land. Knock it off its perch and it drops a Bubbul Gem. Kill the Keese around it too; they drop Keese Wings and Eyeballs.

Open the three Royal Shield chests

Follow the passage deeper in and take every chest you meet. A chest in a small side chamber off the northwest ledge holds a Soldier’s Shield, and Stalkoblins and Likes patrol the later rooms. Some walls are blocked by vines, which you cut or burn. Hit stal enemies with a Brightbloom Seed or other bright fruit to stun them before you fight. Use your Ascend ability to climb through low ceilings between rooms.

Take the Rubber Armor

Near the far end of the cave, a small wooden gate with red banners stands in a side room. Walk through it and open the chest behind for a piece of Rubber Armor, which gives Shock Resistance. A Shock Like guards the last stretch, and another wall of Hard Sediment (with an ore deposit) hides the end of the cave where Misko’s treasure sits; deal with the Shock Like first.
