Gralens in the Emergency Shelter can point you to monster-control squad locations. Toren leads a monster-control squad against a stronghold in Eldin. Meet the squad outside Lake Darman Monster Den, fight alongside them through the cave and defeat the Monster Forces to earn a Silver Rupee.
Walkthrough
Join Toren’s squad
Find Toren and his soldiers on the dark slopes of Eldin Canyon near the cave stronghold, a Marauders of Eldin hideout called Lake Darman Monster Den. Speak to him; the squad moves in to attack once you are close.
Defeat the Monster Forces
Enter the cave with the squad. A Monster Forces gauge tracks the fight; clear Bokoblins and Moblins until it empties. The squad’s soldiers help, so stay near them and pick up any weapons that drop.
Collect the reward
When the stronghold is clear, Toren calls you over and hands you a Silver Rupee. His crew then heads for the Akkala Span in the northeast.

- Bring heat-resistant gear; the area around the den is hot.
- Pick up the weapons the monsters drop in the cave; they replace anything that breaks mid-fight.
