Inside the Spirit Temple in the Depths, the Mining Construct beside Mineru trades an Ancient Blade for 50 Zonaite. You can repeat the trade whenever you have more Zonaite.
Walkthrough
Find the Mining Construct
Ride Mineru’s Construct to the Spirit Temple during Guidance from Ages Past and win the fight there; once you have beaten the Seized Construct you can fast travel back to the temple at any time (it lies in the southwest of the Depths). The Mining Construct stands near Mineru, with a Smithing Construct close by. Talk to it and it explains that Mineru tasked it with gathering materials.
Trade 50 Zonaite
Accept when it asks if you will trade for an ancient blade. It takes 50 Zonaite and hands over an Ancient Blade, a small dagger-like blade too short to wield as a weapon but strong when fused to an arrow. Bring another 50 Zonaite whenever you need more.
Tips
- An Ancient Arrow disintegrates what it hits in one blow, so enemy drops vanish too; save it for tough targets.
- Zonaite comes from ore deposits across Hyrule and the Depths; break them with Rock-fused weapons or with Mineru’s attacks.
