How to find it
Kimayat Shrine is at map coordinates 2864, 3638 (height 254), near Gut Check Rock.
Solution
Gather your gear
Pick up the arrows and sticks lying on the floor and take Ice Fruit from the small trees; fuse materials to your weapons and arrows.
Find the spiked ball
Ascend onto the side platform where the spiked iron balls sit and fuse one to your weapon to make a heavy hammer.
Smash the Constructs
Fight the Constructs near the entrance, then use the heavy weapon on the stone columns holding the platform where the remaining Constructs stand. If you need a way up, make an ice platform on the water with Ice Fruit.
Open the chest and finish
Open the chest for a Captain IV Reaper and take the Light of Blessing at the altar.
The Lightroot below
Directly under this shrine, in the Depths, is the Tayamik Lightroot. Light it from below to reveal that part of the Depths map.
