Enter the Kimayat Shrine and find yourself in an arena with no gear, staring down a group of enemies ready for battle. Take a moment to assess your surroundings; you’ll notice scattered barrels and some large rocks that can be used to your advantage. Start by picking up a nearby barrel and hurling it at the nearest Bokoblin to deal some quick damage and create chaos. Use the environment to your benefit, launching yourself behind cover or dodging to avoid incoming attacks while planning your next move.

Once the initial threat is subdued, look for a wooden stick lying on the ground. This will become your primary weapon for the remainder of the challenge. Keep an eye out for any explosive barrels that might still be intact; if you can lure an enemy close enough, you can send them flying with a well-timed strike. As you whittle down the remaining opponents, remember to utilize the terrain; jumping from higher ground can give you the edge to ambush unsuspecting foes. In the final moments of the challenge, stay agile, and don’t hesitate to switch between using the stick and throwing whatever you can find. Defeating the last enemy will unlock the shrine’s exit and grant you the reward of a new Lightroot.
