Open the shrine

Finish The Spring of Power quest; the shrine then rises at the spring.

Fight the Scout

Bring solid armor. Shock Arrows and electric or ancient weapons are very effective; trigger flurry rushes by dodging at the last moment.

Take the reward

Pick up the Scout’s dropped weapons, open the chest in the next room for a Flamespear, then take the Spirit Orb.
