How to find it
Go to the north-east of Great Hyrule Forest, near Mido Swamp. If you cannot find the trial, look for Hestu, turn to the right and read the signpost that points the way. The mist surrounds the start of the test.
Solution
Start the test
Walk into the mist and speak to the Korok waiting for you. He hands you wooden weapons and begins the test.
Cross the swamp
Wade through the swamp, defeating the enemies with only the Forest Dweller weapons. They break easily, so pick fights carefully and use the terrain. You may keep any that survive.
Take the prizes
At the end the shrine opens. Step inside, open the chest and speak to the monk.
