Katah Chuki Shrine (A Minor Test of Strength)

Katah Chuki is a combat shrine. A spear-armed Guardian Scout II with 375 health waits inside. Dodge and counter, then glide over it when it drops into its laser phase. The chest holds a Royal Halberd.

How to find it

The shrine sits in the middle of the Quarry Ruins, directly south-west of Hyrule Castle. Approach along the ruins and head into the centre of the old quarry.

Solution

Fight the Guardian Scout

Dodge its spear thrusts and strike back during the recovery. Flurry rushes from a well-timed dodge do the most damage.

Use the updraft

About halfway through it hunkers down and spins a laser around itself. Back away, ride the updraft with the paraglider and strike down from above.
