How to find it
Reach the shrine
Kahatanaum Shrine is at -3296, 3431, at a height of about 1361, on the Rising Island Chain in the Hebra Mountains Sky, southwest of the Wind Temple. It has no puzzle but is hard to reach. The easiest way is to do the Tulin of Rito Village main quest, which passes it, or to clear Mayaumekis Shrine and head west and northwest from there; otherwise launch from Pikida Stonegrove Skyview Tower and glide west. Expect Soldier and Captain Constructs and Aerocudas, use trampoline sails and Ultrahand stacking to climb, melt ice with fire, and build a Hot Air Balloon (Balloon, Flame Emitter, grate) for height. Near the end dive through an ice sheet onto the last trampoline sail and take the stairs to the shrine. Wear cold resistance.
One guide lists optional chests on the way: three Portable Pots on a curved platform guarded by a Soldier Construct, ten arrows behind an icicle-blocked opening, and a Large Zonai Charge behind a breakable ground wall past a Captain Construct.
Solution
Open the chest
Open the chest on the circular platform just inside. It holds a Large Zonai Charge.
Take the Light of Blessing
Climb the stairs to the terminal and touch its green seal to receive a Light of Blessing.
