How to find it
Reach the shrine
Ga-ahisas Shrine is at -3596, 960, at a height of about 1712, on Lightcast Island. If you have Ganos Shrine unlocked, fast travel there (the island is just north of it). Otherwise launch from Gerudo Highlands Skyview Tower and work north across the sky archipelago with rocket platforms. Glide, or fly the prebuilt fan device on the neighbouring island (add the spare Batteries), to the larger island to the north. The Flux Construct III arena below the island can be skipped.
The shrine does not appear until the island’s puzzle is solved. Activate the Dragon Ring in the northwest corner to drain the pond and the flooded cave, then break the rocks into the cave with a bomb or rock-fused weapon (throw a Brightbloom Seed down if it is dark). Take the two Zonai Mirrors from the altar and use Ultrahand to bounce the light from mirror to mirror across the islands in the water. In the next room defeat the Construct guarding the light switch, take its Mirror Shield and reflect the light onto the switch. This lowers the walls and reveals stairs down to the shrine. Climb to the ledge above the switch first for a chest with a Zonaite Helm.
Solution
Open the chest
On the entry platform, open the chest beside the lantern pedestals. It contains a Star Fragment.
Take the Light of Blessing
Go up the stairs and touch the green seal on the terminal to receive a Light of Blessing.
