Southern Shore (Near Ruto): After passing through the cave south of Ruto Town, you’ll emerge on a southern stretch of land. Immediately check the lone forest tile to your east (right) upon exiting the cave. Stepping onto it will reveal a Fairy to restore Link’s health.
Eastern Coast (Near Saria): Head east from Saria Town until you reach the coast. Look for a single, isolated forest square right near the beach area. Enter this tile, and a helpful Fairy will appear, fully replenishing your health.
River Headwaters (Near Nabooru): Travel southwest from Nabooru Town to find where the river begins (its source on the world map). There is a single forest square located exactly at this point. Step onto this square to summon a Fairy for health restoration.
