Seven groups of quests in Hyrule Warriors: Age of Imprisonment are not tied to one warrior: Services, Improve Services, Material Sensor, Battle Support, Items, Improve All Allies and Camp quests, 79 in all. You finish each one on the Hyrule map by handing over a list of materials, and the reward is usually permanent: a new facility, a higher weapon level cap, more room for Zonaite Steel, an extra Special Ration, or a stat bonus for your whole roster. The tables below give every quest with its region, what unlocks it, what to hand in and what you receive.

Table of Contents
How these quests work
Unlocking and handing in
A quest shows up on the map once its trigger is met. The trigger is a story battle (named in the “Unlocks after” column), a map challenge from the challenge list, or another quest. Open the quest on the map, check the list of materials, and hand them in. Nothing has to be fought for the quest itself, so if you are missing something, farm it in any battle and come back.

What the quests ask for
Almost every quest in these seven groups asks for a mix of cooking ingredients and critters, monster parts such as Horns and Fangs, and Trophies for the enemies you have defeated: Bokoblin, Lizalfos, Moblin, Hinox, Stone Talus and Lynel Trophies appear constantly. Three groups also ask for Korok Seeds, and only the camp quests “My Prized Treasures!” and “Breaking into a New Market” take Poe, 200 and 500 of them.

Korok Seed budget
Korok Seeds are the one hand-in you cannot casually replace, so plan around them. Battle Support quests take 72 seeds, the three Korok quests under Items take 9, and the camp quests “Cheer Up!” and “A Forest Festival” take 15, which comes to 96 seeds. A few character quests ask for seeds as well, and the game holds only 101 in total, so spend them with care. Keep the Korok Seed locations page open while you collect.

Services
Service quests unlock the buildings and shops of Hyrule. Ten exist. Finish each one as soon as it appears, since the facilities they open are what the Improve Services and Improve All Allies quests build on.

Weapons Research Base and training sites
“Enhancing Our Weapons” appears after you first use a Device Dispenser, needs just one Soldier Construct I Horn, and opens the Weapons Research Base, where you strengthen weapons. “Boosting His Confidence” (three Mighty Bananas) opens the Hyrulean Training Plaza once The Art of the Blade is done. “In Search of a Quiet Mind” opens the Tanagar Meditation Hall after The Howling Tempests, and “A New Place to Train” opens the Tabantha Training Camp after Shadows in the Snow.

Supply Depots
Five quests open the five Supply Depots: “Urgent Supplies” for the Kopeeki Supply Depot, “Too Nervous to Serve” for the Lanayru Supply Depot, “Sweltering Soldiers” for the Goronbi Lake Supply Depot, “The Source of Strength” for the Gerudo Supply Depot and “A Use for Bomb Flowers” for the Firly Supply Depot. The first two wait for the quest “A New Assignment” (see Improve All Allies below), and the last also needs the Liberating Necluda challenge. For what each depot sells, see Camps and Shops.

Improve Services
Twelve quests upgrade the Weapons Research Base and the Tabantha Training Camp. Most open in the second half of the story, and two wait until you have cleared every Vicious Battle. Every one of them also asks for a boss-class Trophy (Hinox, Lynel, Stone Talus, Frox or Vicious Monster), so keep a few of each in stock.

Raising the weapon level limit
“Supreme Sharpness” and “Hotter, Hotter!” each raise the weapon level limit by 5. The first opens after Purging the Shadows and asks for Golden Apples, Rubies, Diamonds, a Stone Talus Trophy and Sapphires. The second opens after the main story and needs 50 Wood, Flint, Sapphires, a Hinox Trophy and a Vicious Monster Trophy. See Weapons for how enhancing works.

Seals and Weapon Arts
“A Weapon Reborn” lets you remove a weapon Seal and opens after Terror of the Sands. “With Clear Minds” removes all Seals at once and opens after The Battle of Hyrule Castle. “An Artisan’s Technique” goes further and removes Seals from hidden slots, while “Studying Weapons” lets you change Weapon Arts; both open only after every Vicious Battle is cleared (see Vicious Battles).

Great Success and discounts
“Consistent Quality” raises the chance of a Great Success when you enhance a weapon. “Smithing Efficiency” and “A Shortcut to Efficiency” each take 10% off prices at the Weapons Research Base. “Maintenance Constructs”, “Struggling in the Snow” and “A New Kind of Training” all lower the cost of leveling at the Tabantha Training Camp, the last one after you beat the Trial: Overcoming Limits challenge.

Material Sensor
Four quests give you the Material Sensor and then enlarge it. The sensor tracks a limited number of materials while you play, and it can be enlarged up to 10 slots.

A Brand-New Feature!
After The Howling Tempests, hand in five Hylian Tomatoes and ten Little Frox Trophies to switch the Material Sensor on.

Time for an Upgrade!, No Time to Rest and By Her Own Hand
The three upgrades each add slots to the sensor. They open after Terror of the Sands, after The Battle of Hyrule Castle and once the main story is done, and the last one sits in the Gerudo region. Their lists are long, with up to 200 Bokoblin Trophies and a Lynel or Stone Talus Trophy each, so start collecting early.

Battle Support
Battle Support is the biggest group after Improve All Allies, with 15 quests that raise how much you can carry into a fight and help you find hidden things in a stage. Twelve of them cost Korok Seeds, 72 in all, so this is where most of your seeds go.

Zonaite Steel capacity
Seven quests chain together to raise the amount of Zonaite Steel you can hold: “So Exhausted…” (+2), “Smoke Marks the Spot” (+3), “The Joy of Travel” (+3), “A Desert Korok!” (+4), “A Night to Remember” (+4), “Right on Target” (+7) and “A Frigid Korok!” (+7), for +30 in all. “Smoke Marks the Spot” needs “So Exhausted…” first and “A Night to Remember” needs “A Desert Korok!”. Three of them wait on the Traveler’s Homecoming challenges, which makes them mid-game goals.

Weapon capacity
“A First Offering” in Akkala adds 5 weapon slots, and “Tears in the Dark” in Necluda and “Healing Up” in Central Hyrule each add 10, for 25 more slots in total.

Finding Koroks and chests
“Dancing in the Rain” shows how many hidden Koroks are in a stage, “The Test Subject” shows them on the minimap, and “Treasure Hunt” shows how many hidden chests a stage holds. The Test Subject opens only after the main story. These are worth doing before you start hunting Korok Seeds.

Knight Construct flight
“Airborne Gibdos” improves the Knight Construct’s flight mobility and “I’ll Take ‘Em Down!” improves its flight devices. Both are in the Sky region, and the second opens after The Counterstrike.

Flavor Enhancement, A Flying Korok! and A Fighting Korok!
“Flavor Enhancement” makes Special Rations restore more hearts. “A Flying Korok!” adds one Special Ration slot and costs three Korok Seeds, and “A Fighting Korok!” adds two more for another three seeds, though it waits until the main story is complete.

A Wandering Korok!
This Faron quest raises your Battery limit by one. It needs three Korok Seeds and opens after The Battle of Hyrule Castle.

Improve All Allies
These 28 quests change every warrior at once, so they are the best value on the map. Two of them are story gates, and five are post-game quests that give Pure Zonaite Steel weapons.

Bonus Hearts
“Safety First” and “In Need of Salt” add 1 Bonus Heart to all characters, and “A Chef’s Contribution” and “The Flavors of Hyrule” add 2. Together they add 6 hearts to every warrior.

Combat boosts and damage reduction
“Brimming With Power” makes the weak-point gauge drain faster, “Unclouded Wisdom” speeds up Special-Attack charging and “Surging Courage” improves stagger resistance. “To Protect Our Own”, “To Better Protect Our Own” and “To Best Protect Our Own” each cut enemy damage by 5%, for 15% in all.

Energy capacity
“To Fly Ever Higher”, “Greater Energy” and “A Defensive Expedition” each raise the maximum energy of your characters. Greater Energy is found in the Depths, and A Defensive Expedition waits until you have cleared the Central Hyrule Vicious Battle.

Sync Strikes and Fuse Attacks
“Deeply Worried” and “Training Their Teamwork” strengthen Sync Strikes. “Stronger Together” shortens the Fuse Attack cooldown, and “Making the Most of Materials” and “Fuse Attack Frenzy” raise Fuse Attack damage. Fuse Attack Frenzy can be done only after Stronger Together.

The three Researchers
“A Dispirited Researcher”, “A Panicked Researcher” and “A Sulking Researcher” each increase the EXP you earn from defeated enemies, so finish them before you grind levels.

Pure Zonaite Steel quests
After the main story, “Training in the Depths” (Bow), “A Chief’s Service” (One-Handed), “Secrets of the Secret Stones” (Spear) and “Flying Fortification” (Two-Handed) each give you a Pure Zonaite Steel weapon. Finish all four and “A Place to Settle Down” gives you the Pristine one. These five came with update 1.0.2.

A New Assignment and Life in Hyrule
These two ask for almost nothing. “A New Assignment” needs a single Stealthfin Trout after Lanayru Defiled and unlocks more quests, including the Kopeeki and Lanayru depots. “Life in Hyrule” has no materials: complete the quests A Time for Review and Shadows in the Depths and it unlocks the next story battle.

Camp quests
Six quests make camps better. The camp menus themselves are covered on Camps and Shops.

The Importance of Fire and The Secret to Camp Supplies
“The Importance of Fire” costs only two Wood, two Flint and 100 Bokoblin Trophies and lets you set up a camp before a battle begins. “The Secret to Camp Supplies” needs three Wood and two Hylian Tomatoes, opens after Life in Hyrule, and lets you obtain Supply Enhancement Materials at a camp.

Cheer Up! and A Forest Festival
Each of these adds 5 Camp Supply Slots. “Cheer Up!” takes three Korok Seeds and “A Forest Festival” takes twelve and opens after the main story.

My Prized Treasures! and Breaking into a New Market
These are the two Poe quests. For 200 Poe, “My Prized Treasures!” opens the Tusk & Talon shop at camps, and for 500 Poe, “Breaking into a New Market” lets Tusk & Talon appear at Supply Depots.
