Solution

Hear her request

Talk to Juney, who sits at the end of a long walkway in the upper village. She asks for a Baked Apple.

Bake an apple

Drop an apple near an open flame, such as a campfire, or hit it with a fire weapon, until it roasts.

Hand it over

Give the Baked Apple to Juney for a Silver Rupee. She will buy further ones afterwards.
