Take the quest

Speak to Parcy at Riverside Stable on the eastern edge of Central Hyrule.

Collect a weapon

Royal Guard weapons are found throughout Hyrule Castle. A claymore lies in the lockup cells and a bow on the mantle in Zelda’s room. A shield sits in the armoury and another behind the bookcase in the king’s study. A sword is in a hidden room reachable with bombs in the hall by the dining room. Moblins also carry them.

Deliver it

Return to Riverside Stable and give any one of them to Parcy.
