Lake Hylia holds nine fusions, from Fifi at Stockwell’s house to Librari’s Heart Container at the very end, and Castor Wilds adds four: a Business Scrub in a northern cave and the three Mysterious Statues that open the Wind Ruins. Many fusions elsewhere also change these two maps, so a second list at the end shows which ones. The complete fusion guide shows how these fit among all 100.

One written source lists the #099 and #100 house under the Minish Woods, but it is reached by swimming, and the Librari reward is at Lake Hylia, so it is placed here.
Lake Hylia
Fifi (#025)
Shrink at Stockwell’s house at Lake Hylia and find Fifi the dog. Fuse a green slant with her. A chest appears on the Minish road near Mayor Hagen’s house on the lake, containing a blue Kinstone piece.
David Jr. (#033 and #067)
David Jr. stands on the Lake Hylia shore and can be fused with twice. With a green slant he opens a tree in North Hyrule Field; light its torch switch and open the chest for 200 Mysterious Shells. After you have the Flippers, a green square tooth sends a chest with 200 Mysterious Shells to the Minish path that leads to Melari’s Mines.
Forest Minish by the Wind Crest (#044)
Beside the Wind Crest at Lake Hylia is a Forest Minish house you can use after getting the Ocarina of Wind. Fuse a red jagged teeth and a tree opens in Western Wood. Inside is a Piece of Heart.
Forest Minish on the east ledge (#068)
With the Flippers, swim to the vine on the eastern ledge, climb it and shrink at the crack. Fuse a blue squarish and a beanstalk grows at Lake Hylia. At the top are a Piece of Heart, 200 rupees and 200 Mysterious Shells.
Mysterious Wall (#094)
In northern Lake Hylia a cave reached by jumping across platforms hides a Mysterious Wall. Dig to it with the Mole Mitts and fuse a blue S-curve to make a Goron appear in Goron Cave.
Waveblade (#095)
After the Palace of Winds, find Waveblade in the west of Lake Hylia. A red triangle wedge opens a waterfall in North Hyrule Field, where Greatblade’s dojo lengthens the Great Spin Attack.
Forest Minish east of the abbey (#099 and #100)
Once the Four Sword is revived, swim east of the abbey to a Minish house. A red long teeth makes a platform appear in front of a Mole Mitts cave with a Piece of Heart. A red jagged teeth opens a crack by the Wind Crest to a Minish house where Librari gives you a Heart Container.
Castor Wilds
Business Scrub, northern cave (#040)
In a cave on the north side of Castor Wilds a Business Scrub takes a blue squarish. Back in the Minish Woods a tree opens, with another Business Scrub who sells Kinstone pieces.
Mysterious Statues (#041, #042, #043)
In the southwest corner of Castor Wilds stand three Mysterious Statues. Find the three gold pieces first: one is in a cave guarded by a Darknut in the middle of the marsh, one in a chest in a cave to the north, and one in a cave to the southeast. The Bow and Pegasus Boots help you cross the swamp. Fuse a gold piece with each statue. Each fusion cracks the boulder to the south, and the third shatters it, opening the way to the Wind Ruins and the Fortress of Winds.
