The Sheikah Set, which the game lists as the Stealth Mask, Chest Guard and Tights, makes Link quieter. Each piece adds Stealth Up, and wearing the whole set also lets you move, climb and swim faster at night. All three pieces are sold in Kakariko Village.

Enchanted is in Kakariko Village (map position x 1806, z 985, square G-5). All three pieces are on sale there, and the set totals 1,800 Rupees.
Upgrade materials and defence
Base defence is 2 per piece, and costs are per piece. The top level is 16 per piece, 48 for the full set.

Stealthfin Trout is a fish caught in rivers and lakes, and Silent Princess is a rare flower, so the last star is the hardest to afford.
Set bonus
With the full set equipped and each piece upgraded to at least two stars, Night Speed Up lets you move, climb and swim faster after dark. The Stealth Up effect on each piece makes you quieter at any time of day.
Where to upgrade
Upgrades are done at a Great Fairy Fountain. Four fountains exist: Cotera near Kakariko Village (map position x 1976, z 846, square G-5), Kaysa in Tabantha (x -3540, z -747, B-4), Mija in Akkala (x 4112, z -1378, J-3) and Tera in the far south-west of the Gerudo Desert (x -4870, z 3825, A-8). Awakening them costs 100, 500, 1,000 and 10,000 Rupees in the order you wake them, and every fairy you awaken raises the highest star level you can reach by one, up to four stars. Each piece is upgraded one star at a time, and the materials are used up per piece.
