Noe Rajee Shrine (The Four Winds)

A rotating tower holds four updraft platforms, each needing its own switch. Press them as the tower turns, ride the gusts to the top, and take a detour to a hidden lift for the Shield of the Mind’s Eye before seeing the monk.

How to find it

Accept the Champions’ Ballad quest for Revali; the last verse speaks of shooting four targets. Teba at Rito Village explains the challenge is at the Flight Range. Fall into the range and use slow motion while gliding to hit four glowing targets before the focus ends, using stamina as needed. The shrine then appears at the bottom.

Solution

Take the first gust

At the end of the opening hall a switch starts a gust. Ride it to the large rotating structure above.

Switch one: lower entrance

Wait for an opening at the bottom of the tower with gusts rising inside. Float up and press the switch there to power the gust on the platform above.

Switch two: the fan door

When a door above a fan turns into view, the wind opens it and reveals a switch. Slow time and shoot it with an arrow before the door shuts.

Switch three: breakable blocks

At the cracked wall section, drop to the bottom of the gust, place a bomb so it floats up beside the blocks, and detonate it. Fly up to the switch behind them.

Switch four: the barred window

Find the barred window that looks in on the last switch and hit it with an arrow while in slow motion. Every platform now has a gust to the top.

Optional chest

Before the monk, look away from him to see a chest on an unreachable platform. Glide around the back to find a hidden entrance whose lift carries you up to it for the Shield of the Mind’s Eye.

Chests and rewards

  • Shield of the Mind’s Eye: chest on a platform opposite the monk.
  • Medoh’s Emblem: from the monk; one of three needed for the Vah Medoh challenge.
