How to find it
Ukoojisi Shrine is at map coordinates 1468, -2168 (height 599), on a cross-shaped island in the West Necluda Sky archipelago. Launch from the Popla Foothills Skyview Tower and glide east, hopping between the floating islands. Examining the shrine’s runes (or the Mysterious Crystal on another island) starts The West Necluda Sky Crystal quest, and the beam points toward the crystal.
Solution
Carry the crystal to the shrine
The crystal sits at the back of a cave on another island, behind vines you must clear. The cave holds a wing, a cart, a steering stick, batteries and fans. Build a flying vehicle from them (a wing, two fans, a steering stick and a battery), attach the crystal to the front middle for balance, and fly it back to the shrine island. Guides mention launching it from the cart, or using rockets on a nearby floating platform for lift. Once you land, the crystal floats above the shrine and grows, its green sheen fades, and the shrine entrance is revealed. This completes the quest.
Open the chest
Climb the steps inside. The chest holds a Zonaite Shield (Strong or Mighty, depending on your progress).
Take the Light of Blessing
Go up the stairs and examine the terminal to receive the Light of Blessing.
