To reach 100% completion in Age of Calamity you clear all 20 story battles, unlock every warrior, find all 134 Koroks, cook all 50 recipes and finish every quest, which pays out the Hyrule Warrior’s outfit through the quest The Hope of All Hyrule. Challenges and the secret ending are not required by that final quest, but they hold materials and rewards that the quests ask for, so this page lists them as well.

Finishing every quest earns the Hyrule Warrior’s outfit; the Expansion Pass categories (Battle-Tested Guardian, Sooga, Purah & Robbie and the Royal Ancient Lab research quests) are only part of the total if you own the DLC. Secret ending
After The Future of Hyrule, hand in 50 Terrako Components for the quest Terrako’s Return. The components come from eight quests (28) and seven challenges (22); the Secret Ending page lists them all. It also unlocks Terrako, one of the secret warriors.
