Lasli is cooking at a pot in Kakariko Village to find a porridge that fights off her grandmother’s gloom sickness. Bring Hylian Rice, Fresh Milk and a Sundelion, cook Sunny Veggie Porridge at her pot and serve it to Nanna.
Walkthrough
Talk to Lasli at the pot
The quest is noticed at Enchanted, the armor shop, where Claree has raised every piece to 5,000 rupees because her grandmother Nanna is sick. Find her sister Lasli at the cooking pot by the family’s house in Kakariko Village (some players find her in the shelter up the slope from the shop at night). She tells you Nanna was exposed to gloom from the nearby chasm and can only eat porridge, but she has not found the ingredient that fights gloom.
Gather the ingredients
You need Hylian Rice, Fresh Milk and a Sundelion. Hylian Rice and Fresh Milk cost 12 rupees each at Hateno Village’s general store, and a travelling salesman sometimes sells them on the road from Kakariko toward Hyrule Field. Sundelions grow mostly on the sky islands (and on fallen sky-island chunks), and guides also place them at Torin Wetland in the Akkala Highlands, Hyrule Field and Eldin Canyon.
Cook Sunny Veggie Porridge
Stand at the pot, hold the three ingredients from the Materials menu, then interact with the pot to cook; if Lasli does not respond, talk to her while the meal is in your inventory. The finished Sunny Veggie Porridge goes to Nanna. Cook nothing else with them.
Deliver it to Nanna
Nanna eats and recovers. Lasli thanks you with an Energizing Veggie Porridge, Claree returns to the shop and lowers her prices (guides report the Stealth set at about 1,800 rupees and the Radiant set at about 2,400 rupees for all pieces, though sources differ), and Lasli leaves for Hateno Village to study fashion. After you buy one piece of armor at Enchanted, Claree gives you the Sheikah Fabric for your Paraglider, which you can apply in Hateno Village. One guide also lists an 8,700-rupee payout, which other sources do not confirm.
