The Blue Hinox is a tougher Hinox with 800 health and twice the attack of the red form. Some wear wooden greaves that burn away, exposing their feet. The eye is still the main weak spot.
How to beat it
Burn the greaves
If it wears wooden leg armor, shoot a fire arrow or hit it with a fire weapon so the greaves burn off.
Shoot the eye
Hit the eye with an arrow. It falls and stays down briefly.
Attack the head
Strike its head or eye with your best weapon, then step back before it recovers.
Repeat
Keep your distance, especially when it holds a tree, and repeat until it is defeated.
