Where to find it
Skywatchers patrol parts of Hyrule Field and the Akkala Highlands. They are easiest to avoid by staying out of their light and keeping low behind rocks.
How to beat it
Shoot the propellers
Each of its three propellers has 180 health. Arrows, and especially bomb arrows, wear them down. Once all three are gone the Skywatcher drops to the ground.
Attack the grounded body
A grounded Skywatcher cannot fly away. Hit it with strong melee weapons, keeping to its sides when it swings its head to aim.
Shortcut with the eye
An Ancient Arrow into its eye destroys it instantly, even while it is still flying. Slow-motion aiming from a height or a mid-air jump makes the shot easier.
