The Meteo Wizzrobe is the stronger fire mage, with 300 health. It hurls fireballs and conjures flaming monsters while the surrounding heat climbs, and any ice-based attack still destroys it instantly.
Behavior
It behaves like the Fire Wizzrobe, only tougher: more health and a rod that hits much harder. The temperature around it spikes, and normal weather returns when it is gone.

How to beat it
Take cover
Keep behind cover and keep moving so its fireballs land short of you; prepare heat protection if you have it.
Use ice
Fire an ice arrow or swing an ice weapon. The ice hit destroys it instantly despite 300 health.
Avoid a long brawl
Without ice the fight is long. Use arrows between casts and heavy strikes when it teleports close, and expect to take damage.
