How to find it
Rito Village lies on Lake Totori on the west side of Tabantha. The shrine stands at the foot of the village, southwest of the Brazen Beak shop, and it serves as the fast-travel point for the village.
Solution
Side chest near the entrance
Two stairways lead off behind you. On one side a grate shows a switch with a turbine under it; on the other a windmill faces the switch but the turbine hangs too low to reach it. Shoot that switch with an arrow so the pieces swap places, which pushes the windmill and opens the door to a chest with an Ancient Core.
Water chests
In the flooded part, look along the walls for two more chests, holding a Sapphire and a Feathered Spear.
Aim the main room
From the raised platform you can see turbines in three corners, two near the middle and one toward the top right. Hit the switches until the bottom-left turbine faces right and the bottom-right turbine faces up. The turbine near the top right faces down, the one below it faces left, the one between them also faces left, and the top-left turbine faces right.
Meet the monk
With every windmill turning, the gate opens and Monk Akh Va’quot gives you the Spirit Orb.
