Dako Tah Shrine (Electric Path)

Dako Tah is about electricity. An electric cage with a crystal powers every platform it touches. Carry it with Magnesis, set it by rails and nodes to run each platform, and use it to shock the Guardian Scouts.

How to find it

Travel north of Kara Kara Bazaar to the Great Cliffs in the Gerudo Wasteland. Seal surfing makes it quick; once there, climb to the entrance.

Solution

Ride the first platform

Follow the path past a small Guardian to a pit. A moving platform shuttles across, powered by an electric rail on the left wall. Ride it over.

Bring the cage

On the far side, a cage with an electric crystal is the power source. Lift it with Magnesis, hold it above the rail on the wall as you ride, and step off at the other end.

Power the lift

Up a small ramp is an orange node. Put the cage within reach of it to power a platform. Jump off when you see a chest holding a Moonlight Scimitar, then ride it to the top, taking the cage with you.

Shock the Guardians

In the next room, two small Guardians stand on a metal floor. Throw the cage at them to shock and destroy them; do not step on the floor. Grab the Ancient Core chest near the ladder and take the cage back with Magnesis.

Slide the block

Push the large metal block along its rail with Magnesis to power another platform down below, where a chest holds a Silver Rupee (100).

Finish with the Radiant Shield

Place the cage on the pad across from the center platform, ride it to its first stop, and push the block to the end of its rail. Before leaving at the throne, turn and return the block to reveal a chest with a Radiant Shield. Collect it and ride once more to Dako Tah for the Spirit Orb.

Chests and rewards

  • Moonlight Scimitar: halfway up the first lift.
  • Ancient Core: by the wooden ladder in the Guardian room.
  • Silver Rupee (100): on the lower platform route.
  • Radiant Shield: revealed when the block is returned near the throne.
  • Spirit Orb: from the monk Dako Tah.
