Jee Noh Shrine (On the Move)

Jee Noh is built from conveyor belts. Freeze the ball on the first two belts with Stasis and knock it into its socket with an arrow, then carry a sphere across the laser belts in the last room, using Stasis and the large crates as cover.

How to find it

Go to the opening of the valley where the desert begins, south of Mount Nabooru and west of Mount Hylia. The shrine sits at the valley mouth.

Solution

Freeze the first ball

A ball rides a conveyor belt past a socket that it cannot fall into. Use Stasis while it is in front of the socket, then shoot it with an arrow so that it drops in and opens the door.

Repeat with Guardian Scouts around

The second belt is slower and has a Guardian Scout on each side. Defeat them or keep moving. Let the ball almost reach the socket, freeze it with Stasis and shoot it in.

Cross the laser belts

The third room has two belts under laser beams and a socket on the far side. Pick up the nearby sphere and use the big stones as cover. On the first belt, either throw the sphere ahead or freeze the middle platform. Stasis also works on a laser emitter, so freeze the second one and run. Wait for a large crate to block the last beam before you pass.

Pull the chest over

The chest on the other platform is metal. From the far side, turn around and drag it to you with Magnesis. Put the sphere in the socket and speak to the monk.

Chests and rewards

  • Opal: in the metal chest on the moving platform in the laser room.
  • Spirit Orb: from the monk Jee Noh.
