How to find it
Head to the river below Hebra Falls, in the west of the Hebra mountains. The shrine sits in a cave on the water, east of the Hebra Plunge. The freezing water drains hearts, so arrive with plenty of health.
Solution
Reach the cave
Enter the water from the north. A small boulder sticks out of the river and gives you a place to jump from. From there, let the current carry you towards the cave mouth. The swim costs roughly seven and a half hearts, so eat hearty food first.
Optional ways in
You can place Cryonis ice blocks to shorten the swim, though they will not spare you the cold entirely. Another approach is to cut a tree upstream and ride the log down to the cave. Watch for enemies at the entrance; they will happily knock you back into the water.
Collect the reward
Inside there is a short straight path. Open the chest on the way and then speak to the monk at the end for the Spirit Orb.
