How to find it
The shrine is on an island in Goronbi Lake. Glide in from higher ground, or build a bridge with Magnesis. Wear Flamebreaker armor or take a Fireproof Elixir.
Solution
Take the key
Light an arrow at the nearby torch and shoot the wooden block on the lowered side of the central scale. That side rises and the other falls, revealing a Small Key chest.
Release the cubes
Open the locked door with the key and pull out the three large metal cubes with Magnesis.
Reach the Claymore chest
Put a cube on the far side of the scale at the end of the room to lower the side by the chest. Put a second cube on the raised pan of the central scale to lower it, climb on, and lift the cube away with Magnesis so it rises. Glide to the lowered pan of the end scale and pull its cube off to be raised, then open the chest with the Knight’s Claymore (tier set by difficulty scaling).
Raise yourself to the monk
Stand on the key side of the central scale and place a cube on the opposite pan so you rise. There are spikes above, so jump off in time and go to the monk for the Spirit Orb.
