How to find it
The shrine is just west of Snowfield Stable in the South Tabantha Snowfield. The cold is severe, so wear Snowquill armor or eat food that gives cold resistance.
Solution
Block two fans
Ignore the orb at first. Use Magnesis on a metal box in an alcove on the left and park it in front of the west-facing fan under the receptacle. Do the same with the second box, stopping the north-facing fan under the receptacle.
Release the orb
Take the orb around the room and halfway up the ramp, then let it roll into the first airstream. Once it has passed the first box, lift that box with Magnesis and set it on the ledge above the fan at the foot of the ramp.
Ride up
Run up the ramp and stand on the platform while the orb reaches the receptacle. It lifts you to the shrine’s second level.
Ancient Core chest
Turn left at the top instead of going to the monk. The chest is on the north temple wall just past the box you placed. Shift the box with Magnesis so you can jump across, using the paraglider if needed, and open the chest for an Ancient Core. Then talk to Monk Rin Oyaa for the Spirit Orb.
