How to find it
Climb the southern Dueling Peak; the south-west slope is the easiest approach. The shrine sits at the top, and from it you can see across to the twin shrine on the opposite peak.
Solution
Read the room
A sign inside explains that the two shrines atop the peaks are connected. The floor is a 5 by 5 grid of bowl-shaped hollows, and five spheres light up the bowls.
Record the pattern and take the chest
Ride the elevator to the upper level and note exactly where the spheres lie. While you are up there, glide around the edge to reach a chest holding an Eightfold Longblade.
Solve the twin first
The layout you recorded here is the solution for Shee Venath. Go there, note its own starting pattern, then move its spheres to match the layout you brought from here.
Return and set this grid
Come back to Shee Vaneer and move the spheres into the pattern you recorded at Shee Venath. The gate opens and the monk gives you your Spirit Orb. It helps to orient the grid so the locked door is at the top when you read the rows.
