How to find it
Head to the north-west of the Hebra region, to the foot of the slope south-east of Hebra North Summit. A small square pond sits at the bottom, and it is hard to spot on the map until you zoom in. Hebra is freezing, so bring cold-resistant food or elixirs, or at least two pieces of the Snowquill set.
Solution
Make the ice pillar
Stand at the pond and use Cryonis to raise an ice pillar in the water, placed in front of the double doors.
Find the snowballs
Climb the hill behind the pond. Two large snowballs sit on the slope.
Roll one down
Push a snowball down the hill toward the pillar. It keeps rolling, hits the doors, and breaks them open.
Enter and collect
Walk into the cave, activate the shrine, open the chest for the Royal Claymore, and talk to Monk To Quomo for a Spirit Orb.
