How to find it
Follow the road from Riverside Stable. The shrine sits a short way up it.
Solution
Climb for the Amber
Before moving the crates, climb them. At the top is a platform with a chest holding Amber.
Stack the crates
The stack alone does not reach the monk. Use Magnesis to stack the crates against the opposite platform, then climb up to find a large metal slab.
Bridge to the monk
Place the crates a little away from the platform, then balance the slab so it dips onto the highest crate. Another way is to clear the slab and stack the crates on top of its platform, then glide across.
Collect the Spirit Orb
Cross to the monk Wahgo Katta and receive your Spirit Orb.
