Shamae wants to see a barrel fly. Attach two Octo Balloons to one of the barrels by the stable and it rises into the sky, earning you a Star Fragment.

Talk to Shamae

Shamae stands near the barrels at Woodland Stable around midday. Accept the request.

Get two Octo Balloons

Octoroks drop Octo Balloons. Pico Pond, close to the stable, has several. Defeat two Octoroks and gather the balloons.

Lift the barrel

Pick one of the barrels and use an Octo Balloon on it twice so that both balloons are tied on. The barrel then drifts up into the sky. Talk to Shamae to collect the Star Fragment.
