Solution
Meet Lester
Talk to Lester beside the cooking pot at Rito Stable. He explains that he cannot make curry without Goron Spice.
Reach Goron City
Goron Spice is sold in Goron City, in the Eldin region. The area is hot enough to damage you, so bring a Fireproof Elixir or wear at least part of the Flamebreaker armor set. A Fireproof Lizard found near the region’s edge makes the elixir.
Buy the spice
Buy one Goron Spice from the general store in the city; it costs 16 Rupees.
Deliver it
Carry the spice back to Lester and give it to him. He pays a Purple Rupee, and from then on swaps Hylian Rice for any further Goron Spice you bring.
If you get stuck
- Taking heat damage in Eldin: drink a Fireproof Elixir or equip a Flamebreaker piece before going up.
