Solution

Give Jana an armoranth

Speak to Jana at South Akkala Stable and hand over an armoranth, a plant with a purple bud that grows all over Akkala. Answer her question however you like.

Talk to Gleema

Find Jana’s sister Gleema during the day, since she sleeps at night. She admits her fondness for dragonflies.

Collect the darners

Beedle, the travelling merchant, sells each darner at stables for 10 rupees. Cold Darners are found in cold places such as Tabantha. Electric Darners appear in rain, in places such as the Gerudo Wasteland and Hyrule Ridge. Warm Darners live in the grassy plains. Sneak up on them to catch them.

Deliver them

Take the insects to Gleema, then speak to Jana for a Silver Rupee.
