Izra, a traveler standing at the river’s edge beside some broken wagons near the Wetland Stable, is sure something valuable sits under the water. Lift the chest out with Magnesis, open it, and the sword inside is yours.
Starting the quest
Speak to Izra
Walk to the riverbank just beside the Wetland Stable, where Izra stands near a few decaying wagons. Talk to him and he tells you he suspects a chest has sunk into the water.
Raising the chest
Use Magnesis
Face the river, call up Magnesis and sweep it across the water until the submerged chest lights up. Grab it and drag it onto the bank near Izra.
Open the chest
Open the chest and take the Royal Broadsword from inside.
Talk to Izra again
Speak to Izra once more. He lets you keep the sword, which completes the quest.
