Hear the song
Speak to Kass on the tallest pillar and answer yes to hear the song. The lyric says his cache is at 17 of 24 and that the rock points to it.
Find the chest
Glide to the pillar east of Kass, face south and use Magnesis on the underwater chest. The “17 of 24” lyric is a clock-style clue, so the chest lies in the direction the pillar points.
