How to find it
The gallery sits right where the mine-cart rail ends at the Isle of Rabac; you can also ride a mine cart there from just north-east of Goron City. The entrance (map coordinates 1554, 3102) is a round opening in the ground, easy to miss; look for a torch on a rock nearby. Jump in and glide down to avoid fall damage. Inside is scorching, so you need at least one piece of Flame Guard gear or a Fireproof Elixir.
Inside the cave
Ride a fan cart over the lava
Inside, the floor is split by lava pools crossed by old mine-cart rails. Use Ultrahand to place a cart on the rails and attach a fan behind it, pointing so the cart moves forward. Hop on and hit the cart with a melee weapon to start it moving. Targets (switches that look like a target range) beside the rails change the cart’s course: shoot one with your bow to send the cart toward a different chamber.
Collect the chests
If you ride the first stretch without hitting a target, the cart passes a Fire Like guarding a chest that holds a Soldier’s Broadsword (or Traveler’s Sword, Knight’s Broadsword or Royal Broadsword, depending on your progress) (the Soldier’s, Knight’s or Royal version, depending on your progress). Later, from the shrine, glide to the central platform where Blue Moblins stand; a chest there holds a Ruby.
Defeat the Bubbulfrog
Hit the target in the south-east part of the circular room to send the cart toward the Bubbulfrog’s area. Look to your right, jump out and glide to the rocks, then climb to the rock island and defeat the Blue Moblins there. Build a second cart on the rails, ride it to the cave opening between two torches, then jump and glide in. Defeat the Bubbulfrog to receive a Bubbul Gem.
Ride on to Jiotak Shrine
Hit the target in the north-east part of the circular room to turn the rail toward Jiotak Shrine. Watch the right side of the cart, then jump and glide to the shrine’s ledge when you see it; if you hit the target late, the cart simply makes another lap. Jiotak Shrine is a Rauru’s Blessing shrine with no puzzle; its chest holds a Magic Staff.
