How to find it

The entrance sits at the very top of the small waterfall on the eastern side of Kakariko Village, at map coordinates 1947, -981: the water’s source is the cave mouth, marked by two Silent Shrooms. It is a low opening, so crouch to get in. The easiest approach is to glide east from Sahasra Slope Skyview Tower, or follow the stream up from the village. There is only one entrance.

Inside the cave

Climb down into the cave

Find the dark hollow at the top of the eastern waterfall at 1947, -981 and crouch into it. The cave is a single winding path, so it is hard to get lost. Keep Brightbloom Seeds handy and pick up the Amber and Rock Salt along the way: a slope leads north-east down to a small pool with two ore deposits, and a Hearty Truffle lies further north.

Defeat the Bubbulfrog

Keep following the passage until you reach a tall, high-ceilinged chamber; the Bubbulfrog clings to the wall or ceiling above, so look up (glide down afterwards to avoid fall damage). Shoot it with an arrow or throw a weapon at it, then pick up the Bubbul Gem it drops and take it to Koltin.
