How to find it
The entrance is at map coordinates -3982, -1245, just north of Gerudo Highlands Skyview Tower; it is where the construction crew stored building materials. Billson’s Records lie on a table just inside. Look for the cave mouth at that spot; a Blupee or a ring of light often marks them.
Inside the cave
Enter the flooded cave
Walk into the cave mouth and follow the passage down to an underground lake. Pick up the Brightbloom Seeds just inside; you will need the light, and the water is too deep to wade.

Build a raft
Beside the water, a loose board lies next to a signpost. Use Ultrahand to place a wooden board on the water and board it; you can add Fans and a Steering Stick for control, but the current carries you along the river deeper into the cave and to the waterfall.

Grab the Gerudo Bow
The chest with the Gerudo Bow sits out on the water. It is a floating wooden chest in the water near some rocks. Steer the raft alongside it and open it from the raft.

Hit the Bubbulfrog
Keep going between the stone pillars. The Bubbulfrog clings to the ceiling just above the waterfall, before you drop down. Shoot it down with an arrow and collect the Bubbul Gem; it may fall into the water, so be ready to swim for it.

Walk to the Topaz chest
Leave the raft on the dry ground past the pillars and follow the trail of Brightcaps through a small crawlspace past the wooden platform. The final chest holds a Topaz. The wooden platform at the end can also be floated into the middle of the cave and used with Ascend to rise into the tower above.
