How to find it

The entrances are at map coordinates -1967, -2059 and -1795, -1961, near Mount Nabooru. Look for the cave mouth at that spot; a Blupee or a ring of light often marks them.

Inside the cave

Cross the flooded entrance

Mount Nabooru Cave has two entrances, one at each end of the cave, and the passage inside is flooded. Build a raft or boat from fans and a board, or swim, and cross the dark water between the rock pillars. Keep a Brightbloom Seed handy and watch for the stone blocks sticking out of the water.

Open the Royal Halberd chest

A chest floats at the water’s edge partway along the passage, half submerged between the stone blocks. Pull yourself up beside it and open it for a Royal Halberd (or Traveler’s Spear, Soldier’s Spear or Knight’s Halberd, depending on your progress).

Shoot the Bubbulfrog

Float from stone to stone across the water, then look for a ledge on the north wall and climb it (or Ascend). In a hole in the wall, on the north side of the cave, you find the Bubbulfrog in a small chamber with ore deposits. Shoot it with an arrow to collect the Bubbul Gem.

Good to know

The cave runs through the mountain between two entrances: the river entrance at the east end of the Gerudo Canyon river at the base of the mountain (swim in; the cave is mostly submerged), and the waterfall entrance at the top of a waterfall on the far, eastern side of the mountain, which you glide into from the Gerudo Canyon Skyview Tower. Near the waterfall entrance the path splits, and the right branch is a dead end that holds one of the frog statues for the Yiga Clan exam. Water Octoroks swim here, and some ore deposits can be reached with the help of wooden boards.
